How to Report

During a Call

Tap the Report button on screen, choose a reason, and send it. Our moderation team will be notified instantly.

After a Call

Email safety@hallwaychat.online with the time of the call and a description of what happened.

Technical Issues

For bugs, camera/mic issues, or platform glitches, email support@hallwaychat.online with your browser information and a description of the issue.

Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
Your identity is always kept anonymous from the reported user.
Confirmed violations result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.
We will email you once action has been taken.
